2. Use the feed plan charts to determine how much to feed your pet daily. This will also give you a recommendation of the quantity and product size to order for each month. The product size recommended is calculated to be refrigerated and used within five days to ensure freshness after thawing. 

3. Choose your recipe and order.

4. You will be contacted by phone (or your preferred means of contact) to finalize your transition plan from your current food to an all meat diet. This is typically a 21-day process that is necessary so your pet has time to acclimate to a state that it was created to be in. Your first shipment will last longer than the typical 30-day schedule. 

5. Receive your first order, follow the feeding instructions in your transition plan, and begin your pet's journey toward a healthy, species-appropriate diet..
